1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 United States and select international destinations. International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country is not listed, please contact us for assistance.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping

5–7 business days within the United States. Free on all orders over $50.

Express Shipping

2–3 business days within the United States. Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

International Shipping

10–14 business days depending on destination country and customs processing. Rates calculated at checkout.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

4. Free Shipping Threshold

All orders within the United States with a subtotal of $50 or more after discounts and before tax qualify for free standard shipping. The free shipping threshold is calculated per order and does not combine with previous or future orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view tracking information in your Account under Order History. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim. For damaged packages, please retain all packaging materials and contact our support team with photos.

8. Returns Address

All returns must be sent to Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Please do not send returns to any other address. Use the prepaid return label generated through your Account to ensure proper delivery and tracking.
