1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipment. To cancel an order, log into your Account and select "Cancel Order" from your Order History, or contact our support team at support@thehalohouseco.co. Orders that have already been prepared for shipment cannot be cancelled but may be returned upon receipt.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, log into your Account, navigate to Order History, and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return label. All returns must be sent to Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Please ensure your return package is securely sealed and includes your order number. We recommend using the provided prepaid label for tracking purposes.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your bank or credit card issuer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product within 30 days, subject to availability. To request an exchange, initiate a return through your Account and select "Exchange" as the reason. We will ship the replacement item once we receive your original item at Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges. Do not return damaged items without first contacting our support team.
