1. Our Promise
At The Halo House Co, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Our goal is to make the return process as simple and hassle-free as possible.
2. Return Window
All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. The 30-day period begins on the date shown in your delivery confirmation. Returns initiated after the 30-day window will not be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging intact
- All included accessories, manuals, and components present
- Free from odors, stains, signs of wear, or damage
4. How to Return
Follow these steps to return an item:
- Log into your Account and navigate to Order History.
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click "Start Return" and follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return label.
- Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.
- Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
All returns must be sent to Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131.
5. Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product within 30 days, subject to availability. To request an exchange, initiate a return through your Account and select "Exchange" as the reason. We will ship the replacement item once we receive your original item at Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our returns facility, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care
8. Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges. Do not return damaged or defective items without first contacting us.
